"Respect comes from fear. It comes from nothing else"

Not where I live. Fear can generate compliance, never respect.

an act of giving particular attention : CONSIDERATION

We can use the term in the fear of God as the sense of the unknown. From this you could derive the word respect because we truly all are in submission to the unknown.

To use this word as from fear comes respect in terms of human beings makes no sense as to me it is like saying slavery was freedom.

Your being very single minded in regard to the use of the word "respect". I have known many people over the years for whom I have a great deal of respect and did not fear any of them. There are other who have/have tried to, instill fear and for them I have no respect. I have no respect for bullies or those who would try to dominate my life or any other. Sure, we all have to answer to somebody, some we like some we don't. Respect is earned, not gained at the end of a club.
