It would be helpful if you were to review the ACLU's statement before swiftly dismissing the comments as biased political agenda. 95% of the ACLU comments provided multiple sources of cited detailed independent data regarding the efficacy (more accurately lack thereof) of Viisage's technology. You embarrass yourself by not responding to the presentation of NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) and DoD (Department of Defense) data, or the failed implementations by the INS and Tampa, Florida police during the SuperBowl.
