Hi Ray - over the passage of time, every President's papers have been made public, except for that which national security required to remain secret. So far, nothing really exciting like you're looking for has come to light yet.

But you can keep hoping.

My own skepticism is based on my understanding of the past. If they really did all the nasty things you think they did, they weren't stupid enough to leave paper trails.
