errr... "extremism in the service of Liberty is no vice!"<g> A ham radio operator-turned-senator once said that. Ruined his chances for Presidency. Made him sound like he could be a dangerous nut with nuclear button. Hopefully, transparency is invevitable, because the best attempts at secrecy will be overwhelmed by millions of tracks left by physics, various digital technologies, and just plain human concern these days, if people want to find out, which they do. It's a losing battle, IMO, even if still a battle. The market for political action is like the market for stocks, the more transparency improves, the more our democracy will improve.
