Exactly. And that is how trading ranges are set up and bases built.

Why should anyone listen to these analysts any more? They said to buy all the way up and back down and downgraded right at the bottom.

It was a comment on the networking index going up but not all stocks in the sector contributing to it.

Same thing I was talking about when we were discussing amcc. Looks like pmcs is going to set up a range as well.

Valuation really does matter or so it should. And what a relief that would be after the excesses on both the up and downside in the last two years.

The longer a base forms, the stronger it is, the more likely it won't break down and the stronger any rally will be once it finally does break on the upside.

Anyone who claims to know where the market is going in the short run, really is guessing anyway.
