Conac to raise $500,000 privately Wed 7 Nov 2001 News Release Mr. Mike Marrandino reports Conac Software has arranged a private placement of 4,166,667 units at 12 cents per unit to raise $500,000. Each unit shall consist of one common share and one-half of a share purchase warrant. Two warrants entitle the holder to purchase one common share at a price of 15 cents per share for 12 months following the date of issue of the warrants and, thereafter, at a price of 20 cents until 24 months following the date of issue of the warrants. Conac continues to pursue corporate growth through product development and acquisition. These funds will be used, in part, to continue the development of Conac's product and for operational costs. The private placement is subject to regulatory approval.
