I think 9/11 should be a wake of call to anyone who is happy being 100% in stocks. The world is an uncertain place and there is value in the certainty of government guaranteed investments. November is a little early to say that September was to "mother of all buying opportunities." You know I was buying and I stated my reasons and situation. Did you ever check on the definition of HUBRIS?
