IMHO the crucial question is: was the formation of the state of Israel on territory on which the Arabs had lived for 15 centuries fair. That's far more important than what the terrorists want today or tomorrow. They obviously want to rule the world. But in combating them it wouldn't hurt to remove an unfairness which has been a gut issue to people who are drawn to their propaganda line. If the hand over of the Arab territory to the state of Israel were just then we should ignore the Palestinians' demands. Obviously you think it was fair and I don't.
