Gemini, he is not on the board, but I believe 4 of the members are his appointees, including a son-in-law and former employees from Filtertek, per the last proxy. IMHO,
he controls the board. I believe it was some pressure from the Japanes company, and inability to get controlling # of shares to vote yes, that made him toss in the towel on this attempt. Until there is a new board, he may try again, or find other ways to play with the company. bp
