"Bonehead"?

I know the handle says: "invinciblewimp" but I swear it reads like just like "Estephen" to me.

P.S. I hate to flame and run, but I hear my snowball is guaranteed to have a much better chance if I can get it to Germany, and what with the Hell frozen over like it is, now is definitely the time to get it there.<g>

No, Rambus stated that the technology the industry was using was lifted from RDRAM technology. At the time, Rambus had their own patents on SDRAM that were not part of the JEDEC standard.

You are full of it.. If Rambus had their own patents that predated JEDEC and covered SDRAM then why didn't they use them in their suit???

The fact that RMBS sued on patent claims that were written after the JEDEC meetings convinced the jury and judge that there indeed was fraud.

Your theory was presented at trial and it held water about as well as a collander.
