My point is, we are the only ones who have the kind of technology to keep tabs on Cheney, so why did he have to be in hiding? and then all of a sudden, he's out in the open? If he and the President need only be physically separated, why not have Cheney operate from San Francisco or Seattle? I think letting him out to hunt, if his security is so important, is rather irresponsible. Further, how can they have it both ways,hidden and then vulnerable? What about other hunters in the area. Will the area have to be secured. If so won't others in the area know? Isn't that a security breach?
