Hi Bernie,

My guess is that it has something to do with the "Rights" offering that's now been approved.

siliconinvestor.com

Maybe people were buying in extra shares to be able to participate in the future rights offer. Other than that, we had the FED cut rates which would have driven up the value of the portfolio yesterday. Today maybe it's just profit taking on that. Hard to say.

Best regards, Tom

Hello Bernie/Tom,

I've been looking to add some income to my overall portfolio. My broker (yeah, I still have one of those, just for the company, although most of my trades are electronic) is suggesting some preferred utility stocks. But I see you guys are playing ACG for the same reason. Clearly it's not the volatility that attracts you <g>.

I'd be grateful for a little background on ACG and your experience with it.

TIA
Jonathan
