Petz,

"did K&M's best seller list ever have any Pentium 4's ahead of AMD during Q3?"

I did not check every day, but I have seen only once, that means on ONE single day, that the Pentium 4 (1700 MHz) appeared on the processor top 10 bestseller list (never on the general bestseller list). It was number 7 or 8.

BTW: The lists of November 7 have just been released. Here is the latest processor bestseller list:

1 AMD ATHLON XP 1700+ (= number 3 on the general list)
2 AMD ATHLON C 1333 (= number 10 on the general list)
3 AMD ATHLON K7 XP 1600+
4 AMD K6-2 550 (shocking!!)
5 AMD ATHLON C 1200
6 AMD ATHLON 900
7 AMD ATHLON 1000
8 AMD DURON 800
9 AMD ATHLON C 1000
10 AMD DURON 750
