Peter, Re: "1 AMD ATHLON XP 1700+ (= number 3 on the general list)
2 AMD ATHLON C 1333 (= number 10 on the general list)
3 AMD ATHLON K7 XP 1600+
4 AMD K6-2 550 (shocking!!)
5 AMD ATHLON C 1200
6 AMD ATHLON 900
7 AMD ATHLON 1000
8 AMD DURON 800
9 AMD ATHLON C 1000
10 AMD DURON 750"

The #4 and #6 entries ought to tell you something about the volumes coming out of K&M. They must be pretty small and inconsequential for a K6-2 to top the charts. After seeing this, do you still feel the list accurately measures what the DIY market is buying?

If P4 only was higher than Athlon on *one day* last quarter, how was the bestseller list "bad?"

Less AMD CPU's on the overall list?
