Actually, in this kind of market, if I were to hire a dumpster, the objective would not be to talk stocks down, but rather create stranded shorts and pre-maturely sidelined money that will have to come back in at a higher price. Just like the pumpsters of yore that point the market in the wrong direction for all the gullibles, so do the dumpsters.

I simply can not understand why any rational posters would publicize their out-of-money shorts every five minutes just to show how desperately under squeeze they are. I have been intending to build up a sizable short position over the past week; however, I have to back out time and again on minute profits and losses simply because the possible presence of all those stranded shorts.
