I always thought discipline meant not fighting the tape, and sticking to tight loss-control strategy; not sticking to one's gun until it turns profit or margin call, whichever happens first.

If some are feeling the pain, just understand that they are holding to their discipline and could likely profit more in the end than if they had covered and re-shorted several times.
