I have not heard anything significant in a while. Conductus or SCON will announce some testing units sold, and generally do not disclose the full terms of the contract (i.e. how much stock they gave the buyer to "buy" the filters). But no real sense of widespread implementation yet.

i have not looked at them for a while, then again there has been no announcement from Helx that they have been selling major stuff to these guys, which would be a good leading indicator.

I think the SC filter folks are plodding along with field trials and such. It's too bad they aren't mentioned as at least a possible solution in an article about making use of the spectrum!! On the upside, all the major carriers are aware of the technology and they are who really count. They just haven't been convinced..... yet <g>. However I think there are on the order of 1200 SC systems out there. Let's hope they perform as expected.
