The local newspaper account re the Green Party woman suggests her ticket purchase raised an established red flag and she was not entirely cooperative with the security screening process.

It was appropriate she was not allowed to fly. She seems determined to make this a major anti-establishment issue.

Your post begins by referring to the woman's "arrest". I'm too tired to go back and look at this hour but was she actually "arrested" or is this just E-spin?

Just curious -- do the words "USA Patriot" cause a problem for you?

The water is still too muddy to tell what happened here. I really would be surprised if the government is going after the Greens. There are many more logical targets.
