What? I assume you've never heard of 1-T (single transistor) SRAM, either? ;-)

Also knows as embedded DRAM, 1-T SRAM is what happens when you create a new device, and then you let marketing name it. In other words, it's not really static, but they still call it SRAM.

Look on page 14. There have been a few that have commercialized something like this. Usually it isn't worth it.
