dave, rmbs wants this to be "larger than rmbs." somehow, if rmbs loses, the "whole world" loses. classic rhetoric. i don't buy it. lying is a bad practice. however, rmbs wanted to turn their fraud into billions of dollars in their pockets. see the difference? rmbs was busted. they are sleazy and went in with the intent to force the world to use their tech, whether they wanted to or not, and illegitimate means was not below them. imho, justice was served and it will be held up in court. what will the rmbs longs say then?
