DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VSNX AND VISG

The primary difference is FRAUD. While VSNX has problems due to the reality of facial rec's high failure rate, VSNX did not blatantly try to make money fraudulently on the backs of the people who died on 9/11. This is inexcusable, disgusting behavior. I can assure you VISG will not get away with it.

VISG has claimed they have a 99.7% accuracy rate and in the same breath they've suggested they could have averted the 9-11 terrorists.

Both those statements are knowingly false.

1. Only two of the 19 terrorists had pictures available - so facial rec would have been worthless on 17 of 19. Furthermore the terrorists made multiple test runs and would have known if any of them were unable to get through security.

2. 99.7% accurate is not a fair representation of VISG software accuracy and they are well aware of this fact... As you now know, the DOD study shows the system failed 75% of the time at 3 meters in the distance experiments using ideal conditions.

We have alerted out network of enforcement people to these problems and expect indictments for securities fraud...

ruff,

you said:

Calling something immature technology or blanket statements that "it doesn't work" or it's a "pos" does nothing to add to dialogue and really is meant more to terrorize than analyze.

1. The technology was called "immature" by industry expert Dr. James L. Wayman, Director U.S. National Biometric Test Center who support biometrics and back facial recognition technologies Dr. Wayman's opinion is supported by every other biometrics expert we found. We're not exactly shouting negative hype as you suggest. engr.sjsu.edu

2. We never made any comment about VISG that stated anything remotely similar to it's a "pos". Please don't put words in our mouth.

3. Your assessment fails to consider the fact that VISG committed securities fraud when they claimed their software could have likely averted the 9-11 disaster by catching the terrorists, and when they claimed their software was 99.7% accurate.

Before we are finished I assure VISG will be facing a judge concerning that fraud.
