>A lot of people did
LOL! Every one one made money on Amzn except the company.
Amazon.com has been a money maker for every one other than the corporation.

"Lets all be grateful for our relative luck and prosperity" The money had to come from somewhere Bill -- AMZN was a tool to transfer money from one group of people to another. For every dollar made by an insider a dollar was lost by a gullible "investor".

>> It is disgusting to me that insiders have made billions off a company that has only lost huge sums of money.
A lot of people did. BTW, have you seen the working conditions in the diamond mines?? Life isn't fair, Glenn. Lets all be grateful for our relative luck and prosperity.

Bill,

This transfer of wealth with the soul intentions of not acting in the interest of the public or the shareholders is disgusting. No matter how many times you state it, two wrongs do not make a right. The working conditions in the diamond minds has no correlation to the issue I brought up. We had slavery in this country too a 150 years ago. That situation has drecreased it is not really eliminated. To accept the dispicable because "life isn't fair" is a bunch of crock. These insiders were very wealthy people with in my opinion had the intentions to defraud many less fortunate out of additional money. Poor working conditions in diamond minds in another country does not make this a reasonable way to act. It would seem to be a better approach to try to improve these inequities rather than to try rationalize them. These were educated people knowing exactly what they were doing and to whom they were doing it. Is that the type of friend you like to have? This country has evolved enough that people know this is wrong and I very much believe this should have been considered criminal. Maybe South Africa has not evolved enough as of yet. Maybe, a lot of William Harmonds live there and go along saying "life is not fair Glenn."
