I'd like to see SI offer some type of searchable coding system where one could classify a post for future research and reference. I can imagine a pull-down menu that pops up before submitting a post where a category would be selected from a canned list of options. Examples might include variations of: Comments, News, Predictions, Trades, etc.

Not only would it be helpful in trying to locate pieces of information, but it might also be fun to go back and review a specific category (such as "Predictions, long-term").

Perhaps some of those "idiots" posting outrageous forecasts will prove to be geniuses in years to come. I wouldn't mind being able to quickly search back through the archives to find out who some of those idiots were.
