I cheated, I recalled it from looking at their 10Qs:
Intel Operating costs and expenses $6,156 Million
AMD Operating costs and expenses $995 Million


There is a wealth of information available from the reports that companies file with the SEC, you should look at one some time.

PS - I posted from memory, it looks like Intel's costs are actually 6+ times as high as AMD's.
