My apologies if I used a newspaper to inform people about the former President/Commander-in-Chief.

What I saw online was Clinton thinks the United States is paying the price for the past. I don't see it in what you posted. As a matter of fact, I don't see any reference to it in your post. But of course, I have tired old eyes and can only see so much.
