Don't think so. Just a sign of uncertain times, probably.

My question is:

What the heck is a cryoablation catheter?TIA

"Why is everyone almost praying for a market fall, have I gotten myself into a den of shorties here?"

No, not really, just impatient cash holders looking to go long. I personally "blew it" this time around. I sold early (but made money), left thousands on the table and now I'm gonna to add to the misery and lose thousands on the SOX Puts. The fact that I had a order to cover this am, when the SOX was at 492 (ever so briefly) doesn't help calm the ego. <bg>

I don't mind the loss on the SOX Puts, it's my "favorite" stocks running away from me that is most discomforting, I hate paying premiums. <g>

Zeev,
"Why is everyone almost praying for a market fall, have I gotten myself into a den of shorties here?"

I'm getting the same feeling like in Jan-Mar 2000 at this point. Nothing can bring the market down. I'm holding small short positions in QLGC and if it keeps going up I'll have to cover and wait for the momentum to drop.

No shorting here I've gotten skewered one too many times. I missed your last bull call at the bottom. Here's hoping for another one :) Regards, Mike

Zeev: I wonder whethert you sense that there is a sea change in market sentiment since 9/28 bottom. Any dip due to tech or bad news has been met with buyings, particularly institutional buyers who look beyond the valley.

How long of this buying on dips which had not happened in the past 20 month bear market would continue for turnip to change its forecast of a sharp decline in Dec?

I am trying to execute my tax loss sales very soon and then buy back in turnip's projected mid-Dec. bottom. What NAZ would be at the end of this year after the mid-Dec. bottom?

RFMD appears to break out its $24 resistance and next stop should be around $30. The support at $19-20 is very strong.

Thanks a lot for your insight

Or is the market truly a fickle mistress?

re: den of shorties here

LOL,

Zeev, It has taken me awhile to get the tone of your following, but I'm getting slowly. I like to follow very popular threads to understand how the players are thinking. It takes time to get to know the individual posters and their expertise, (this threads has taken longer then most) , so I know when they are bunching up one way or the other. Normally individual stock threads are good enough but the population on SI is decrease so much that I feel the sample is not good enough to project out, so I have been following general stock threads. This one is sort of different due to your domineering over it. Anyhow, your comment is the tone of thread and I find it bullish that tone is on the short side.
