Trent Lott and Pres. Bush are on TV saying it's safe to fly and we should take to the skies.

My 14 year old daughter remarked this morning. "Dad, I don't think I want to fly any more. They seem to be crashing more and more. "

Speaking of Trent Lott, that dude was conveniently at the Nasdaq this morning and actually mentioned that he had just taken AMTRAK to NYC from Washington. How dare he say it's safe to fly when he's hopping on trains to get around. He also mentioned that people should stay calm and not over-react to "events" like this.
