"Rational" (Karen); "Logical" (X).... You are both beginning to sound like Mr. Spock. Women used to be criticized (by men!) for listening to their hearts too much. The pendulum appears to have swung much too far in the opposite direction. It would be a barren existence indeed if cold logic and rationality ruled our lives. I take this personally, because in the name of "rationality" I might be one of the first to go, in the interest of ridding our society of unproductive older persons. I wouldn't be alone, of course, as "logic" would dictate that I be joined by all those fetuses that indicate Spinal Bifida, Downs Syndrome, or other assorted defects. Though, on second thought, the latter really aren't people anyway, as my "logic" tells me. Tune into your hearts, ladies. It may be trying to tell you something. JC
