Hi Joe, If Acqua had gone through a house who have traders like our MM, they'd have done the distribution at higher prices. Better yet, they would have found a buyer for a cross. My guess is that TK was choosen by default because of past relationship and they have a large treasure chest of many DMX shares that they can sell and will one day get replaced from Acqua. The three bears use a very unsophisticated method, just dump the shares. I sometimes get the feeling that Dundee may not be part of financing, they are merely along for the ride. But who really knows.
