That was a good one. Excellent use of ridicule. Then again, Clinton makes it soooo easy.

I will take issue with your comment about competence vs. character, though. A year ago, I thought Bush might be lacking in the former like you say, but I think he's demonstrating now that this perception is wrong. Clinton, OTOH, is now demonstrating, particularly with that stupid speech, that he lacks both. Ridicule him at will.

Ironic, isn't it, that he would bring up Rwanda since it was his administration that felt intervention against genocide was not warranted in that case.

Perhaps he didn't feel a need to "wag the dog" at the time.
