The whole Christian right wing of the Republican Party (to which our President belongs) says this regularly. Where are you posting from, Berkeley?

--"States" such as Christian, Moslem, Hindu, Buddhist, Zoroastrian-- you wouldn't want a zoarastrian state ? what makes you think israel is a jewish state? remember that in israel the members of the religious schools don't serve in the army. why is that? surely they must have some modern-day samsons and davids amongst them?! perhaps the cause is not yet right for them to wish to serve... am i wrong in this? andy (zoarastrian state would be kewl)
