I think willing (foolish?) buyers could be found. I don't think the seller is willing.

As a publicly held company, INSP has to entertain any serious offer for any part of their company, but in my experience (and in the experience of others), offers are entertained only to the minimum extent necessary to fulfill their obligations as a public company.
