Jim P,
Thanks for putting me on to TMR. Sold it the other day for a 50% profit. Was worried it would fall with the rest but it seems to be holding up rather well. What's your thoughts on it? Had an order in to sell RIG the other day in the 30's and just missed it. After the collapse I put a sell limit order in and it gapped right by it. But I'm into it for $23.15 so what the heck I'm happy. But instead of selling RIG I bought DO on an old $25.05 buy order that I had kind of written off as never getting filled. Well if the OSX hits 65 I'm going to start loading up and if I'm early big deal. When I loaded up on tech a month ago and said I was going to hold it until DOW 9700 and NASQ 1900 I took some heat from some guys saying the NASQ was going to 1200 or 1300. But we're here and I have sold half of my tech. So the year is looking pretty good. Getting back to oil seeing everyone has their theories I'll give you mine I know nothing about the contractual obligations of Russia or Mexico to deliver oil to their customers but my guess is Bush told Putin and maybe Mexico that if they didn't go along with the cut backs that we would buy oil from them to fill the Strategic Petroleum Reserves at a set price even if it falls below that price. Now how is that for a wild theory? After all if Putin and Bush get any closer they will be swapping wives.Take care.
