Actually if the stock got to book value it would be more like a 40% gain, even from where USU is at today. I think its IPO came in the middle of the last energy glut and at what might have been the peak of anti-nuclear sentiment. Then they seem to have some labor problems. Then there's all this weapons material from the cold war. If the Chinese have any sense at all, they ought to build nuclear reactors as fast as they can. I would recommend the same thing for California, but I think the mongoloid element there is more prominent than in China and there is no hope.
