How much bleaker or darker can we get? to less than cash value? We were told that the signing of an MSO before the end of the current quarter looked very promising. That SpotOn was looking very good (in the sense that it had met rigorous technical requirements required by T before proceeding with trials). Even the litigation with DIS looks promising with recent hearings appearing to go our way and a trial date set. None of this is bringing any decent buying to the stock. To-day Bigband Networks announced that SpotOn would utilize their Broadband MultiMedia Service Router to deploy SpotOn. Time Warner recently announced that they would also deploy this technology within their systems (see bigbandnet.com ) Is their a connection here for the deployment of SpotOn?
