It looks like, since mid-1998, it has spent most of its time in a horizontal range of about 16-25. Movements above and below that range have been brief. Do you think we'll get another chance to buy at 16? I abandoned LTB&H in 1/01, and have been successfully range-trading all year, vigorously selling the January, May, and October rallies, while loading up on kinky go-go concept stocks like NTAP when the market is setting new lows. Dangerous, but it has worked, certainly better than LTB&H has worked this year.
