All should be ready for the Dow to blow off above 10000 soon. That would elicit a new wave of capitulation by bears, gain lots more converts to the bullish camp, and trigger a multiplicity of bullish articles in the press.

In other words perhaps the final ingrediant necessary for a significant top.

Zeev, which RSI settings are you using?

Using stockcharts.com's default RSI setting of 14, I get the $COMPQ's daily RSI as 69.8 rather than 83.
