Gotta agree with CT on this one. Right and wrong may not have sharp dividing lines, but it's pretty clear that MSFT was a black and white case here. To compromise on their punishment because of current events is like saying we should go easy on thieves during this war.

One positive for SUNW could be a return to reality and focus on business. This suit was a distraction for all players; getting it out of the way will help return the companies to normal operations. Scott has got to stop his obsession and get back to business.

Given the events, I'm more convinced than ever that MSFT will keep their winning ways; the question is can SUNW survive/thrive in a victorious MSFT environment.
