I see that you do not believe that people should stop posting to people about things that they have been asked not to post about. Just so we're clear on the difference between what you say you believe and what your acts prove you really believe. Now, as to who is telling lies: You said I was suspended for violation of the TOU. In fact, I was not. The post you refer to was not a violation of the TOU. It contained no private information that had not already been publicly disclosed on SI. I had some discussion with Jeff at that time, and we agreed that although he did not approve of the post, and felt it should be removed, as the TOU allow, it was not itself a violation, and I was not suspended for that post. You should get your facts straight. Also, in case you aren't aware, the addition of <bg> after a statement means that is is meant humourously, not factually. If you're not aware of that by now, you should be. And you should look up the definition of "threat." The fact is that I never threatened to sue anybody. I considered it, naturally, as other SI members from time to time said they, also, have, and said I was considering it But considering something is not a threat. I have said before, and I say again, there never was any suit against SI. That's another fact, but one you seem unable to comprehend because it doesn't fit with your world view. Not that I expect you are distressed about lying about me. I'm only sorry that you feel it necessary to stoop to that, for whatever reasons you may have for that. Now let's agree that we will end this issue and move on to more productive uses of our time. I don't know about you, but for me the market is open and there's money to be made out there. I will ask again that you respect my request that you not post to or about me regarding this issue. TIA for showing by your actioins--or in this case non-actions -- that you believe that such requests should be honored.
