Okay, the deeply nasty personal post about Poet and her family (appalling enough that it ended our long friendship, Christopher, so shocked was I at your doing such a thing) was not a violation of the TOU if you say so, I apologize for assuming it was, and thank you for the correction of my error. I know what <bg> means regarding the amount of money you might cost them: "SI is going downhill, and could be gone after they pay the damages on my suit. <bg>", and I know what a threat to sue is, whether made directly or indirectly, whether made explicitly on legal letterhead or cutely as you did in that post on IHub or without a grin as you did in your first post on IHub on the subject of a suit against SI. So does everybody else so don't bother with "considering something is not a threat." Jeeez, you are shameless. See links below. So... you can't produce a single jot of evidence that poet ever derided our troops, i mean our "young men," like your son, can you? Lol. Squirm and evade, Mr. Lawyer, Mr. Changethesubject. Although I have requested you (not via SI, just personally) not to post to me again or to PM me (following your disgusting post to Poet), (and incidentally you didn't honor that request except for PM's), I believe the "single issue" prohibition you propose is a completely novel one! But once you post the substantiation for your calumnies about Poet, or retract them, I will happily agree to this novel arrangement! An issue-oriented non-posting ban! Requested by Christopher Hodgkins! On the single issue of substantiating calumnies about a poster who was creeped out by him even before these calumnies! Go figure! Please post a link to any post of Poet's in any way deriding our troops or even opposing military intervention in Afghanistan following 9/11. Maybe it wasn't a lie. Was it an error? Maybe it was an error, like my thinking that vicious post of yours to Poet that Jeff disapproved of and that ended our friendship was removed was a violation of the TOU?
