Sure, but some are clearly better than others.

I find the biggest taste differential occurs when moving up from screw tops to plastic corks. An occasional foray into the "true cork" capped wines leaves me breathless.

I've toured Napa Valley a lot, Finding $50 wines there is easy. I live in Colorado, finding $50 wines here is hard unless you want to go to a restaurant and pay $50 for a wine you can buy for $18 at the liquer store.
