As I've posted, I no longer have a position in VISG, having sold at 13 and 15, held it from .82.

The post to which I am responding from the legendary (in his own mind) Oral BrownFingers, aptly named because he is a BottomShorter and BS artist<e>, I believe comes close to the line that needs to be evaluated by the SEC.

This may be typical bully tactics intending to manipulate that many desperate shorts use. Sometimes desperate shorts even leak information to so-called Press affiliates after establishing positions. IMO, the SEC is investigating these loose associations for behavior that falls within a conspiracy to conduct manipulation covered under the SEC acts and regulations thereunder. Just because a person, without a position in a security, publishes information does not, IMO, protect that person or those who use that information in a manner prohibited under the acts and regulations.

Issuing a fake SEC press release with fine print at the end may have some serious consequences and, at least, is a violation of SI TOS.

Others, more knowledgable than I, have pointed out this poster's so-called use of the nom de plum by multiple individuals and the use of the name by an affiliated broker-dealer and/or alleged hedge fund operator to promote that affiliate's agenda and position.

As I have no position in this at this time, I urge others to carry on against manipulative activities.

All the above is my opinion solely.

PS. I suspect the offending post will be pulled by the coward so copies should be made.
