we have a real problem evaluating talent these days...paying guys like Galloway big money to ride the injured reserve bench

Whatever one say's about Jimmy Johnson..and I hated his guts..he was an excellent motivator and had a keen eye for talent. He treated the guys like irresponsible babies that needed prodding. He was right-on. Fear is a very powerful motivator..job security was non-existant under his rein

Buddy could never resist blitzing Joe Montana, whether it was Eagles vs. 49ers, or Oilers vs. Chiefs. Joe always made him pay. Buddy held back most of the game against the Chiefs (1994?), but then he unleashed, and immediately lost the game.
