RE: "My only comment is that you stated this week you were "on vacation"...FROM WHAT? If you can make this kind of money...OK, even HALF of this, assuming you have unsuccessful positions from time to time, what the hell are you doing WORKING in a REAL JOB?"

D40, Trading is always a high risk endeavor, so let me be perfectly clear on how I feel about this: While I've done well so far this year, I will never consider giving up my current career. I will never risk my future security. I will only trade with money I can afford to lose. I will never confuse luck with skill. I will always try to keep my priorities in order.

I enjoy my work and I enjoy trading. I've reached a point in time where I've achieved some small success in both. The current balance between the two is currently the correct mix for me.

I'd love to trade stocks all the time if I could be certain that I'd always turn a profit. Because there are no guarantees, I can only imagine that trading full-time would be a high stress process and as a result the enjoyment would be lost. Yeah, I could possibly win big, but I could also lose big. I'm not willing to take anywhere near that kind of risk. I'll just keep trading for fun and profit and be thankful when things go my way.
