It's a capsule....forget the name...but it worked.

also snoring can be a dust thing....

get a maglite flashlight and while in the bed room, completely darkened, turn it on and see how much dust flies when you get into bed.

Often it is the decomposition of the blankets sending huge plumes of fibers into the air and causing a stuffing up of the airways.

Try reversing the ceiling fan if you have one, or try furnace filters over your air returns.
