We have separation of church and state.

The way Bush and Ashcroft, aka America's Gestapo General, bend the Constitution I wonder
how long the idea of separation of church and state will last. If you watched the tv memorial
hosted by Bush and company after the 9/11 attack, the ceremony interwove the idea across
the world's tv screens that church and state were inseparable. The service was a mixture of
religion and politics, and Bush's political pals took up more than their fair share of the stage.
Most likely Bush made a speech as well but I didn't watch the entire show.

It's too bad the politicians couldn't stay in their seats and let the families and friends of the
victims of 9/11 prepare and host their own memorial on national tv.

"The Afghans were also impressed by the fact that initially the Taliban did not demand power for themselves. Instead they insisted that they were restoring law and order, only to hand over power to a government which was made up of good "Muslims" However, between 1994 and the capture of Kabul in 1996, the Taliban's decision-making process was to change and become
highly centralized, secretive, dictatorial and inaccessible."

[ "highly centralized, secretive, dictatorial and inaccessible." ]

Nowadays, people characterize ---frequently--- Bush and Ashcroft's government in those terms.. Will the wannabe Dictator and the Attorney General, AKA as America's top Gestapo agent, place good "Muslims" in the new Afghanistan government?

Hold on to your seats folks! Look forward to the next installment of the story : Bush, America's Wannabe Dictator and Ashcroft, The Head of America's Gestapo Justice Department.
