But they haven't, and it hasn't. Which defies the standard reported numbers for the silver inventory. Surely with the thousands of wealthy persons in the world, a few would decide to accumulate physical silver in meaningful quantities.

Maybe they are only buying paper silver, in which case The Gold Cabal, which also manipulates silver, can forever hold down the price.

Here's when you know something is definitely rotten with the silver inventory estimates or the U.S. government: when the inventory drops to 200 million ounces or so, and silver is still below $6/oz.
