The carmakers are also sharply increasing the inventory of perfectly fine used cars and trucks that will be very attractive to buyers next year, as the oversupply of good used cars will keep their prices down as well.

>>Perhaps if you knew something about business it would help

Is that the way you talk on your playground at school? Are you an eleven year old girl? I once knew an eleven year old girl that talked your way.

Excuse me, that's right. I thought (I guess stupidly since I know nothing about business) that interest incentives are a method of discounting, and that stuffing the channel means forcing dealers to take unwanted inventory.

Sorry, GST. Soooo sorry.

What's your business experience again? Oh, that's right. You hide behind three letters and pretend it's self-evident you know so much more about marketing.

Nice move in Yahoo today on e-commerce activity. Right up thru the 200-day. Care to explain the business aspects to us uninitiated? Is 75% exceptional growth?

gst, you assume that william understands the concept of profits. he doesn't.

he paid top dollar for a bunch of money losing companies.

he understands profit "poossibility" combined with a theme.

he does not understand profits. real profits...
