Milo, Re: "it's a very valid question. When a CEO says his Cash flow is equal to several years ago, but he has 20,000 more employee's that makes you wonder about future revenue growth especially in a price war and a recession."

It appears that the recession is starting to disappear, wouldn't you agree? And it looks like the price war between Intel and AMD might have died down as well. I can't promise that all those things I mentioned will generate revenue, but with so many solid means for moving the company forward, this gives me a lot more confidence than any other investment in the same class. Name me one other company that looks as good as Intel - and I'm not taking AMD as an answer. ;-)

Re: "INTC's P/E is almost 3 times that of AMD's."

Like I've already told you, AMD doesn't have a P/E ratio, since they are now posting losses. Therefore, these are not even comparable. Even AMD's future EPS estimates for 2002 are all negative (with 18 analysts covering them).
