AMD's book value puts them around $11/sh. That would be the assets no?

AMD has shown it can make nice %gains in cash flow. Flash is what is hurting AMD right now, but you already know that don't you? as it's 40% of AMD's revenue's.

Intc's growth is going to be very slow for the next 5 to 7 years.

Half of that gain is from an increase in goodwill - not a tangible asset - the other half is old fabs they didn't depreciate.
